About Tandehill
Human Capital
Our Story
At Tandehill we believe the right compensation program balances the organization’s need for a reasonable ROI on payroll with a fair return on an employee’s investment of time, skills and energy. And while employees should expect fair pay, ideally pay should not provide them with the fundamental reason they come to work each day. Our Employment Value Proposition approach looks at how the total work experience at your organization is unique and superior to that of other organizations. And we customize your compensation program accordingly.
Based in Chicago and founded by Christine Tande, we’ve supported companies from start-up to established and local to global for more than 20 years. Engagement and performance increase when employees have a sense of purpose in their work. We’re dedicated to creating programs, processes and tools to maximize your ROI for people and payroll. Our incentivized compensation programs serve a variety of organizations ranging from not-for-profits to global Fortune 10 companies. We strive toward innovative, yet uncomplicated solutions customized to your needs.
